D3.2 Stochastic and probabilistic combinatorial optimisation models (T3.2)

This deliverable surveys on various mathematical models adopted by the consortium in order to cope with fire emergency issues related to task T3.2 of Work Package 3 – ‘Stochastic optimisation and probabilistic combinatorial optimisation models’. In particular, during the first period, a lot of effort has been devoted to the investigation on the state-of-art and most importantly on the interaction of experienced fire-fighters and the research community. The main goal has been the design of various models, corresponding to different activities that must be adopted before, during and after the occurrence of a fire. In this deliverable we report the obtained models, focussing on stochastic, probabilistic, combinatorial and robust optimisation methods
