Guidelines of fire analyst competencies and skills

The 'Guidelines on fire analysts, competencies, and skills' [See the document] is now available to download and share.  The document describes fire analysis by helping identify the fire analyst profile, capacities, knowledge, and different other aspects of vegetation fire analysis. The document has been developed taking into account different emergency response systems from different countries, thus facilitating the creation of a common framework at European level.    The guidelines also include a proposal for assessment of the fire analysis capacities of an organisation, so organisations can self-evaluate the fire analysis tasks developed by their teams, identify strengths and areas for progression.
